General Information

To ensure that your purchase is properly delivered and that you receive your purchase within the time frames we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered which includes all relevant and/or required information.

The use of correct street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if needed) is important for ensuring timely delivery. 

Please note: MyLittleWuf.aus do not take any responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Also: we will ship to PO Boxes via Auspost and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been picked up from our fulfillment centre by the applicable carrier. 

Depending on the number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-4 business days (excluding weekend and public holidays) to process.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

- We cannot refund once your purchase is in transit.

- It is out of our control and responsibility if you have an error in your delivery address, as it may cause significant delays. Please double check your information before placing your order.
